Other things to consider:

  • Two unit numbers will be issued to each attendee. Council ordered the numbers and they will be issued when they arrive. Extras will be available for additional cost.
  • The Messengers of Peace Day of Service is a day where the scouts will be doing service projects. The long pants and shirt for that day may get stained so they can be something other than scout pants.
  • They recommend two uniforms but you can bring more if you wish.
  • There will be more information on items issued by council at the March 16th meeting in Great Falls.
  • The Trading Post will be open in the morning of March 16.

  1. What time is the meeting on the 16 and how long will it run. Dylan and I, his grandmother, have the prom in Anaconda that evening and it is necessary that we be back in Anaconda no later than 5:30p.m.

  2. Will final details for the 3/16 meeting (location, time, meal, etc) be sent out soon? We have an extremely busy family schedule and will need to work out the travel details since Great Falls is nearly three hours away. The more notification on the details of the 3/16 meeting, the better. We sincerely appreciate your help.
