I hope that all of you enjoyed our meeting in Great Falls last week! It was great to see our contingent and I believe we were able to accomplish a great deal in a short time.
For those of you that were not there or still have items to complete, please mark your calendars for the following requirements:
March 27 – All orders for additional patches, hats, t-shirts, etc. are due at the Great Falls Scout office. Checks should be made payable to the Montana Council BSA with your order, or you can pay when you pick up your patches at the mandatory June shakedown campout.
On March 27, travel forms are also due at the Great Falls Scout office. It is extremely important that the information listed on this form exactly matches whatever form of ID the Scout will present to the TSA during our travels.
March 31: Your ID picture must be posted to your Jamboree Dashboard by this date.
April 1: Your completed Jamboree Health and Medical record (barcoded and parts A, B and C complete) must be received at Great Falls office. Please keep a copy for your Scout
